We are seeking expressions of interest from professionals specializing in the following distinct ILS streams:

• ILS Managers / Directors

• Supportability & Logistic Support Analysis Engineers

• Reliability, Availability and Maintenance Engineers

• ILS Practitioners / Coordinators

• Technical Writers / Training Specialists

About You:

While individual role requirements vary, successful ILS consultants generally possess:

• Defence Industry Experience: Prior exposure to the ASDEFCON framework, CASG processes, or experience as a transitioning ADF member (Logistics/Technical trades highly regarded).
• Technical Rigour: A degree in Engineering, Logistics/Supply Chain Management, or equivalent hands-on technical Defence experience.
• Security Clearance: An active Australian Department of Defence security clearance (Baseline, NV1, or NV2) is highly desirable, or the clear ability to successfully undergo the AGSVA vetting process.
• Consultative Mindset: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage complex, multi-tiered stakeholder environments.
