Client: Queensland Government DepartmentPay Rate: $85.99 + super per hour Weekly Hours: 38 (7.25 hour days) Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Prepare comprehensive operational staff onboarding tools.
• Develop process documentation to support consistent and correct use of existing tools and templates.
Key Skills and Attributes:
• Proven experience in designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating learning and development programs tailored to organisational needs.
• Ability to create engaging and effective training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and blended learning approaches.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with internal stakeholders, including subject matter experts, and training participants.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Experience managing end-to-end projects, including scoping, planning, delivery, and evaluation of training initiatives.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes within deadlines.
• Highly desirable: Demonstrated understanding of procurement and contract management processes, policies, and frameworks, particularly within the public sector OR experience in integrating procurement and contract management principles into training programs.
Qualifications:
• While not mandatory a relevant qualification in Training and Assessment would be well regarded.
