Are you a collaborative and dependable change or training professional looking to make a meaningful impact? In this dynamic role, you will drive ICT capability uplift and adoption by leading the development and delivery of training, communication, and engagement activities. You will play a critical part in a newly established directorate, translating complex digital changes into practical, user-focused artefacts to help the organisation make smarter, data-driven decisions that improve frontline outcomes.
What You Will Do:
Deliver effective change management, communication approaches, and adoption strategies, ensuring ICT initiatives are supported by clear messaging and aligned with business needs.
Design, develop, and deliver high-quality training materials, including user guides, process maps, training videos, and communication packs to enable staff capability uplift.
Manage communication sites, such as the intranet and collaboration platforms, and lead adoption campaigns in partnership with internal communications teams to drive behavioural change.
Evaluate adoption activities using data and feedback to design effective training programs and refine campaigns for an improved user experience.
Ensure strong stakeholder engagement across diverse business areas, coordinating workshops, briefings, and training sessions to support readiness and embed sustainable change.
What You Need to Apply for This Role:
Substantial experience (5+ years) in similar Change Analyst and Training roles, featuring strong problem-solving and critical-thinking capability to navigate ambiguity.
Demonstrated experience managing large transformational programs of work with significant impacts across people, processes, and technology.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to translate complex technical changes into clear, accessible content and high-quality documentation.
Proven success in developing and maintaining strong relationships to engage and influence senior stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
Experience working within fast-paced digital transformation, ICT, or organisational change environments, ideally supported by a Prosci certification.
