In this role, reporting to the Construction Manager, you will be play a crucial role in the monitoring of WHS compliance and High Risk activities being performed across multiple sites in Brisbane. This role will operate in a roaming capacity, completing works in office, and across ongoing sites.

- Complete regular on-site inspections and auditing to ensure safe working procedures
- Complete on site inductions and onboarding of employees and contractors
- Monitor High Risk works being undertaken
- Travel throughout the Brisbane region as required to support current and future projects
- Investigate WHS incidents, complete documentation for reporting, and implement appropriate actions to ensure non-recurrence
- Promote and Champion a positive Safety Culture across site teams and the wider business
- Work across 1-Breadcrumb and Procore systems to maintain WHS documentation
- Provide training and development guidance to on-site teams
- Provide industry expert advice on WHS objectives and strategies to project teams
Certification & Experience:
- 2+ Years HSEQ Experience (Preferable)
- Vocational or Tertiary qualification in Safety (Minimum Cert IV)
- Open Driver’s License
- General Construction Induction “White Card”
- Previous experience with direct on site safety management
- Comprehensive understanding of WHS Legislation
- Full Working Rights within Australia
- Prior experience with 1-Breadcrumb and Procore (Desirable, not essential)
