The Role: Powering Essential Services

As an HR Waste Truck Driver, you will be a vital part of the community, responsible for:

• Operating Modern Equipment: Master the SideArm and Rear Loader trucks for critical residential kerbside collections.
• Safety and Teamwork: Upholding the highest safety standards, diligently following scheduled routes, and supporting your offsider/runner & teammates with manual handling & kerbside pick ups.
• Efficient Operations: Ensuring timely and safe service delivery while communicating effectively with our supportive operations teams.

Are You Ready? Key Qualifications:

• You hold a valid HR Truck Licence.
• You have 6–12 months of proven HR driving experience (waste industry experience is a major asset!).
• You have reliable personal transport.
• You are physically fit and capable of safely completing manual tasks, including lifting up to 30 kg as you would also be assisting offsider/team.
• You possess a strong commitment to safety, compliance (police check, drug & alcohol test, RMS history report), and teamwork.
