Exceptional Pay Rate: Highly competitive pay starting from $47+ per hour (based on experience), plus superannuation and penalties.

The Role (What You'll Be Doing)

As a core member of the team, you will be responsible for:

Skillfully operating SideArm and Rear Loader waste trucks for residential kerbside collections.
Executing scheduled routes efficiently and maintaining timely, safe collections.
Providing hands-on support to runners/offsiders when needed.
Championing high safety standards, including meticulous use of correct PPE and accurate hazard reporting.
Communicating effectively and professionally with depot and operations teams.

Ready to Join? (Essential Requirements)

We are looking for dedicated professionals who meet the following criteria:

Valid HR Truck Licence.
Proven HR driving experience (6–12 months minimum), with waste industry experience highly regarded.
Reliable transportation for your commute to the Greenacre, Mascot & Eastern Creek depot.
Physically fit and capable of safely completing manual tasks, including lifting up to 30 kg.
A strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
Successful completion of a mandatory drug & alcohol test and police check.
A current RMS driving history report is required.

Please note: Your first two weeks will be structured to complete essential compliance and site-specific training, during which you will be paid at the offsider rate before transitioning to your full driver rate.
