Are you a highly adaptable and experienced HR Generalist looking for a challenging, full-time, 4-month assignment? We are seeking a versatile HRBP to provide essential support across all facets of human resources for our client's organisation of 150 employees.
This is a broad, operational HR role where you will act as the key HR interface for the business. You will report to the Chief People Officer (CPO) and be supported by an HR Coordinator who manages administrative tasks and recruitment.
Your focus will be on delivering practical, hands-on HR solutions across the employee lifecycle:
Employee Relations (ER): Manage and resolve a diverse range of ER issues, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Performance Management: Support managers in coaching, feedback, and managing performance improvement plans.
HR Projects: Drive and assist with various HR initiatives and process improvements (e.g., policy review, training needs analysis).
Operational Support: Provide daily guidance on HR policies, compliance, and employment law to ensure consistency and best practice.
Change Management: Support the business through any operational changes during the assignment period.
We are looking for a resilient, self-starter who can quickly integrate and work independently:
Generalist Expertise: Demonstrable experience covering the full spectrum of HR functions (ER, performance, projects, policy).
Autonomy: Proven ability to manage a demanding workload and operate effectively with minimal supervision.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Resilience: Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and occasionally challenging environment.
