About the Role
Are you a HR professional who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments? We are seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner ASO 6/7 for 6 months on a temporary basis, to provide high-level consultancy and strategic support across a designated health portfolio.
You will act as a trusted advisor to Executive leadership and line managers, ensuring that the workforce strategy aligns with the overarching goals of the organisation. From leading organisational change to navigating sensitive employee relations matters, your expertise will directly impact the efficiency and culture of healthcare delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Advisory: Provide expert advice on workforce planning, organisational design, and local workforce priorities.
- Business Partnering: Support managers in resolving complex matters including misconduct, grievances, and under-performance with a focus on risk mitigation.
- Strategic Projects: Lead and implement HR projects such as departmental restructures, new policy rollouts, and recruitment initiatives.
- Industrial Relations: Collaborate with Workforce Relations to negotiate outcomes for industrial matters and ensure compliance with Enterprise Bargaining Agreements.
- Workforce Analytics: Analyse HR statistics and KPIs to identify trends and provide data-driven recommendations to the Executive team.
- Culture & Development: Design and facilitate internal leadership training and team-effectiveness interventions to build a high-performing culture.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven Experience: A strong background in HR Business Partnering, within a large, complex public sector environment is essential. Additionally, healthcare will be a bonus but not essential
- Consultative Approach: The ability to influence senior stakeholders and build "client-focused" partnerships.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Experience managing sensitive investigations, appeals, and complex case management.
- Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in using workforce data to drive continuous improvement and efficiency.
- Change Leadership: A track record of successfully facilitating organisational change and team development.
