The Opportunity
Are you an experienced HR professional who thrives in a "boots on the ground" environment? We are seeking a down-to-earth HR Advisor to join our team in Henderson for a 4-month contract. You’ll be based on-site in a busy industrial hub, supporting our workforce through a period of transition.
Key Responsibilities
Discovery & Investigation: Run initial discovery and conduct low-level investigations into workplace matters.
Disciplinary Management: Organise and facilitate low-level disciplinary matters.
On-Site Support: Provide day-to-day HR advice to supervisors and employees across the site.
Generalist Admin: Ensure all HR documentation and processes are followed with accuracy and high attention to detail.
What We’re Looking For
A background in blue-collar environment is preferred.
We are open to those moving into HR, provided you have the confidence and organisational skills to handle disciplinary meetings.
You must have a solid understanding of WA Fair Work and State legislation.
This is a 100% on-site role (Mon–Fri, 7.6 hours per day). No WFH is available.
Working Holiday Visas (WHV) are welcome to apply, provided you have the required WA legislative knowledge and relevant experience.
