As the People & Culture Advisor, you will blend advisory expertise with essential operational support. Your key responsibilities will include:
... Employee Lifecycle Management - Overseeing the seamless onboarding process for new hires. Processing internal movements and generating essential documents and contracts. Maintaining the integrity and accuracy of all HR records and data across HR systems.
Advisory & Operational Support - Serving as the first point of contact, providing timely and accurate advice on HR policies, processes, and systems. Acting as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, ensuring compliance and consistency. Managing day-to-day Employee Relations (ER) cases, including matters like abandonment of employment and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
Systems, Projects & Reporting - Proficiently navigating HRIS platforms (experience with SuccessFactors is highly regarded) and ticketing systems. Generating insightful reports to inform strategic decision-making and contributing to workforce planning activities. Supporting Key Projects.
Ideal Candidate:
- Highly collaborative, service-focused, and has a track record of building effective relationships.
- Proven functional and/or generalist People & Culture experience.
- Solid experience in managing ER cases and achieving effective outcomes.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms (like SuccessFactors) and ticketing systems is a must.
- Strong ability to interpret and apply HR policies and employment legislation.
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
- High level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Proactive, accountable, and adaptable personality style
