HR Partners is supporting an upcoming, technology organisation with a diverse Australian footprint of 150 employees. This role will support a unique workforce of corporate professionals, high-performing sales teams, and dedicated warehouse staff.
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, we are looking for a proactive HR Advisor to join the team. This is a true HR Generalist position. With the CPO handling the high-level strategy, you will be the "backbone" of the HR function.
Key Responsibilities:
... Operational Excellence: Managing the full employee lifecycle, including HRIS upkeep (Employment Hero), variation letters, and contract management.
ER & Performance: Supporting managers with performance conversations, managing ER matters, and providing hands-on coaching.
Safety & Wellbeing: Managing WHS, workers' compensation cases, Return to Work (RTW) coordination, and championing psychological safety.
Projects & Change: Assisting in the deployment of new training programs and supporting the business through change management initiatives.
Talent: Managing end-to-end recruitment for a small volume of roles.
Team Support: Happy to handle the operational paperwork alongside the high-level advisory work.
Ideal candidate will have:
Experience: A background in a mixed workforce (White Collar + Warehouse/Blue Collar) is highly regarded.
Resilience: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge: A solid understanding of Australian Awards (from a pay perspective) and WHS legislation.
Tech Savvy: Previous experience with Employment Hero is a significant plus.
Personality: You are hardworking, approachable, and passionate about coaching managers to be their best.
