Randstad is currently partnering with a Local Council SA Government Department to recruit a HR Admin to assist within their team.
This is an excellent temporary contract opportunity, commencing ASAP for a period of 3 months, providing essential support within a dynamic HR environment. If you thrive on accuracy, organisation, and providing exceptional customer service, this role is for you.
The HR Admin office will support the HR team team provides support services to enable the efficient operation of the wider team function.
Key accountabilities for this role include:
- Maintain and update employee records and HR filing systems (both physical and digital) with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Process new hire, termination, and employment change paperwork, ensuring all documentation is complete and filed correctly.
- Manage the HR Information System (HRIS) data entry and integrity.
- Supporting the HR team
The ideal candidate must demonstrate:
- Hold a current National Police Clearance
- Has availability Monday - Friday 37.5 hours a week
- Be available for an immediate start
- Provide a high level of customer service and comprehensive administrative support to internal and external stakeholders
- The ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- High attention to detail
- Effectively work under pressure whilst working with a high volume of work and ensuring deadlines are met
