We are looking for a licensed Diesel Mechanic with expertise in heavy vehicles for multiple opportunities in a leading National Business in Western Sydney.
This role will take you out of the workshop and into the field with a strong focus on proactive maintenance and repairs you will be in charge of your own work load and work independently to ensure our machinery is always operational.

The right person for this role wont mind working in the field as you will predominantly be working out of the workshop independently to perform minor repairs. You will receive repair reports for your main site that you will work out of but also for other sites across western Sydney and inner Sydney. Using the work vehicle you will at times travel to other sites.
Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Day Shift) - with very occasional weekend work
- Performing proactive maintenance, repairs and serving on heavy civil machinery.
- Delegate small repairs to TA's when required and perform checks and sign off's on their work.
- Mechanical repairs experience in brakes, steering and suspension is required
- Diesel Mechanic license.
- MR/HR truck license (ideal) or willing to obtain.
- Willing to pass a police check and a Drug and Alcohol test.
- Driver's Licence is essential to access the sites and potentially perform call outs or travel to other sites as required.
- A strong focus on safety, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a reliable work ethic.
