Wellbeing & Mental Health: Supporting a high-energy sales environment.
Psychosocial Risk: Managing the "people" side of safety.
RTW Support: Coordinating with external providers.
Reporting: Managing metrics and incident reports with maturity and discretion.

Maturity: You are calm, sensible, and can handle sensitive health information.
