About the Role
This single-threaded leadership position is ideal for an experienced, driven professional who combines packaging design craft with strong programme management capability. Reporting directly to the Global Creative Director, you will own the end-to-end delivery of a major 9-month regional packaging transformation programme across ANZ, North America, and EUK.
Programme Ownership: Lead the roadmap, phase milestones, and cross-functional alignment for a large-scale, 320-SKU rollout across three distinct brands.
Team Management: Manage and direct a distributed design team, providing creative direction, quality oversight, and workstream coordination.
Design & Compliance Governance: Act as the brand steward enforcing visual consistency, while leading regional compliance interpretation and print validation processes across all regions.
Systems Integration: Configure workflow tools, build a structured SharePoint library, and ensure complete data integration to hand over a fully operational framework at close.
Skills Required
Technical & Design Expertise: Minimum 10 years’ experience in graphic design with advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and InDesign essential).
Packaging Rollout Experience: Demonstrated history leading multi-SKU, multi-brand, or multi-region packaging programmes, ideally within trade, hardware, or consumer products.
Production & Compliance Knowledge: Deep understanding of print processes, dielines, and regional compliance requirements across international markets.
Leadership & Workflow Tools: Proven ability to manage distributed design teams using project management and DAM/PIM systems like Wrike and Salsify.
Availability: Immediate availability to facilitate an ASAP start on a 40-hour work week.
