• helping with delivery and programming
• assisting with tender negotiations, variations and contract administration
• scoping up works and analysing trade breakdowns
• update and distributing the drawing register
• coordinating meetings with subcontractors, teams and clients (and occasionally taking minutes)
• processing invoices
• assisting with financial management of projects
• managing defects rectification and close-outs
• coordinating EHSQ requirements

To be Successful

You will have demonstrated 2+ years previous experience in a similar role, working on commercial projects in the South Australian market. You will have good understanding of project management within the construction industry (fit-out and refurbishment knowledge is a plus). An accredited degree in Construction Management or similar will be highly regarded.
