GP Medical Representative – Greater Perth

As a GP Medical Representative reporting to the Sales Manager (AUS South), you will be responsible for calling on GP Clinics, Optometrist Clinics, and select Dental Clinics across the Greater Perth area, including a small rural territory serviced at regular intervals.
Key Responsibilities:
Exceed Sales KPIs: Drive unit and market share growth across a broad portfolio.
Clinical Detailing: Present technical product information to GP and Eyecare customers.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with HCPs.
Clinical Excellence: Develop high-level selling skills and deep clinical knowledge for effective interactions.
Territory Planning: Achieve sales call activity targets and proactively book appointments and lunch meetings.
Collaboration: Act as a team player, working closely with Pharmacy and Hospital colleagues.
Role Requirements
The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in a similar GP Sales role. However, we also welcome applications from high-performing Pharmacy Representatives or "stand-out" rookies with relevant degrees (Health, Nursing, Science, or Business) who possess the transferable sales skills required to succeed.

Education: Tertiary qualifications (preferably in Pharmacy, Science, or Business).
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of Pharmaceutical Sales experience is preferred.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills and a clear, professional communication style.
Drive: Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and resilient.
Organisation: Strong planning skills with the ability to work well independently.
Essentials: A valid Australian Driver’s Licence and full Australian working rights.
