🔧 The Role: More Than Just Driving

You’ll be the heart of the warehouse, keeping things humming from the early hours. This isn’t a "sit-down-all-day" kind of gig—it’s a dynamic role that requires a "can-do" attitude and a bit of grunt.

🛠 What You'll Be Doing:

• Forks Up: Zipping around on a forklift (LF) to move stock safely and efficiently.

• The Muscle: Rolling up your sleeves for manual labouring duties—from pallet stacking to heavy lifting.

• Heavy Lifting: Loading and unloading trucks and containers with precision.

• Pit Crew Checks: Conducting daily pre-start checks to keep the gear in top shape.

• Rain or Shine: Operating in all weather conditions—because the crates don’t move themselves!

📋 What You’ll Need:

• The Ticket: Valid LF forklift licence with at least 12 months of experience.

• The Muscle: High level of physical fitness! Manual labouring is a core requirement—you must be able to lift, shift, and hustle. 💪

• The Experience: Solid background in loading/unloading containers and recent work history (within the last 6 months).

• Reliability: Your own car and driver’s licence to make those 5:30 AM starts. 🚗

• Compliance: Full working rights in Australia and the ability to pass a pre-employment medical (including drug & alcohol screening).
