Responsibilities
The role requires active compliance with company safety and security standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- System Administration: Functional systems administration of Technology One.
- Data & Reporting: Data extraction, report building , and development of BI dashboards.
- System Ownership: Ownership of the systems functional architecture and overall architecture.
- Process Improvement: Understanding all accounting processes and recommending and implementing process changes where appropriate.
- Development: Business requirements gathering for future phases of Technology One development.
- Support: Resolution of outstanding system issues and training of end users.
- Documentation: Preparing documentation and developing and documenting systems administration processes.
- Compliance: Ensuring quality, safety, continuous improvement, and challenging costs and expenditure are the cornerstones of the business.
Requirements
- Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in finance, business, or commerce. Project management qualification or experience (desirable).
- Experience & Knowledge:
- Knowledge and experience administering Technology One systems.
- Strong aptitude for application (technological) problem solving.
- Proven ability to collate and analyse complex data.
- Skills (Desirable): Experience hosting requirements gathering exercises and experience running formal training sessions for groups of people.
