About the Role:

Reporting to the Senior Manager Business Performance & Analytics, the successful candidate will be a key member of the business partnering team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality financial analysis, driving process improvements, and supporting business partners to enhance financial capability across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex financial management activities, including month-end processes, reporting, and performance monitoring.
• Provide specialist advice and insights on variance investigation, labour cost reporting, and ad-hoc financial analysis.
• Drive the identification and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives for financial systems and practices.
• Support business partners with strategic planning, forecasting, and the development of annual budgets for relevant portfolios.

• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all financial reporting while maintaining conceptual knowledge of business portfolios.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Commerce, Management, or Accounting.
• CPA or CA qualification (obtained or currently studying).
• Demonstrated experience in financial analytics, including a strong understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash flow impacts.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modelling and large dataset analysis).
• Experience with Power BI or TechnologyOne is considered highly advantageous.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work autonomously in a team environment.
