I am currently recruiting for a market-leading industrial automation company that values integrity, collaboration, and customer success. I am seeking a Finance and Admin Manager to be the operational core of the business, ensuring finances are sound and our operations are seamless.
Key Responsibilities:
This is a high-impact, hands-on role owning both the financial health and general administration of the company.
- Financial Management:
- Oversee all daily financials (A/P, A/R, banking, general ledger).
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Monitor cash flow, forecasts, and performance, providing strategic analysis to management.
- Ensure strict compliance with all accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Budgeting & Planning:
- Lead the annual budgeting process and provide insightful variance reports.
- Offer crucial financial input to drive high-level business decisions.
- Payroll & Compliance:
- Manage end-to-end payroll for all employees, ensuring absolute accuracy and regulatory compliance (ATO, Fair Work).
- Develop and maintain robust internal controls and coordinate yearly Business Insurances.
- Office Administration:
- Oversee general administration of the company and ensure the smooth maintenance and running of all office requirements.
About You:
You are a proactive, meticulous professional ready to take ownership of critical business functions.
- You have proven expertise in corporate accounting, financial reporting, and strict payroll management.
- You are highly proficient in financial systems (QuickBooks experience is a plus) and Microsoft 365.
- You are an exceptional communicator, capable of liaising effectively with auditors, advisors, and internal management.
- You are detail-oriented, a natural problem-solver, and thrive in an environment that values efficiency and accuracy.
