The Payoff
The Goods: Up to $140K salary pkg + annual commission + comprehensive health & welfare benefits.
True Flexibility: Hybrid or fully remote (depending on where you're based). Work from home, the office, or the ute.
The Kit: Full tech setup + Company Vehicle provided.
The Pivot: Insurance experience is preferred, but we’ll back the right person. If you have a Banking and Finance, strong customer service background and a genuine passion for Ag, we’ll pay for your RG146 and provide full training.
What You’ll Be Doing
Hitting the Road: Visiting farms to conduct on-site risk analysis and offer tailored solutions.
Owning Your Patch: Growing and managing your own portfolio of rural clients.
Community Presence: Hosting presentations to share expertise and build trust with local farmers.
Driving Growth: Proactively converting leads into long-term, loyal partnerships.
