About the Role
Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, you will step into the role of 'head of' the home. You will lead a dedicated team in providing exceptional care while creating a warm, supportive environment for residents, families, and staff.
This is a highly rewarding leadership position where you will drive quality care, foster a positive workplace culture, and ensure the smooth, commercially viable operation of the home.
Key Responsibilities
Resident & Staff Advocacy: Find the best way forward for our residents and our people.
Operational Excellence: Maintain efficiency, compliance, and strict operational safety.
Financial Management: Ensure revenue targets are met and operations run smoothly.
Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and grow your team to perform at their best.
Community Engagement: Build lasting, mutually beneficial ties with the local community.
What You Will Bring
We are seeking a strong business leader with sharp commercial acumen and a collaborative, generous management style. To be successful, you will need:
A genuine desire to make a difference in people's lives.
A minimum of five (5) years of experience in a management or leadership role.
A proven professional background in aged care or medical care.
Strong digital literacy and experience working across a variety of organizational systems.
