This is a premium, full-time contract role covering a medical leave on the prestigious AVEVA account. Based in a modern corporate office in Bowen Hills, this role is perfect for a polished professional looking for a highly rewarding short-term contract with a market-leading hourly rate.

Key Responsibilities
As the face and operational anchor of the office, you will manage day-to-day facilities, reception, and workflow coordination, including:
Office & Reception Management: Maintain a pristine environment across reception and office spaces; manage the AVEVA workplace mailbox and incoming/outgoing mail.
Meeting Room Coordination: Ensure meeting spaces are immaculate, cleared, and ready for high-level presentations.
Kitchen & Amenities Care: Oversee the daily upkeep and restocking of the pantry, fridge, and coffee stations.
Facilities & Systems Operations: Coordinate building and carpark access cards, manage catering requests, oversee shower/locker amenities, and log maintenance workflows (including server room HVAC) using Oracle.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: 3–5 years of experience in corporate reception, facilities coordination, or a high-touch administration role.
Tech Savvy: Previous exposure to enterprise systems like Oracle is highly regarded.
Reliability: You must be fully available to commit to the entire 5-week block starting Monday, 13th July 2026.
Presentation: High attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and a professional presentation.
