Whether you are in your early years of Payroll or have gained several years experience, it'd be great to hear from you.
Payroll Officer Level
At least 2 years of experience in a full-function, payroll processing environment.
Minimum of 1 year using ADP systems.
Confident managing monthly or fortnightly cycles with a high level of accuracy.
Solid understanding of Australian payroll legislation and modern award interpretation is beneficial.
Approachable communication style to resolve internal and external payroll enquiries.
Senior Payroll Officer Level
Over 5 years of payroll experience, including at least 2 of the last 5 years working extensively with ADP Payforce.
Experience managing complex end-to-end processing and ensuring high-level compliance.
Technical expertise in managing month-end and year-end payroll reconciliations and reporting.
Previous experience with system migrations or software integrations is beneficial.
Advanced knowledge of interpreting complex Enterprise Agreements (EBAs) and Awards.
Ability to provide guidance to more junior team members when required.
