What We Will Be Looking For Depending on the specific client and project, your responsibilities will generally include:
Taking end-to-end ownership of project delivery, ensuring builds are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Managing contract administration, tendering, estimating, and trade procurement.
Driving financial performance through strict budgeting, cost forecasting, and reporting.
Developing and managing accurate construction programs using industry-standard software.
Ensuring strict adherence to local WHS legislation and site quality assurance.
Fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, architects, subcontractors, and government representatives.
Leading and mentoring Site Managers, Foremen, and Contract Administrators.
Skills & Qualifications
Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, OR a Diploma of Building and Construction with a strong trade background.
Proven local experience delivering commercial, civil, or residential construction projects within the Australian market.
Current ACT or NSW White Card and a valid Driver’s Licence.
Exceptional financial acumen and contract administration skills.
Highly Regarded for the ACT Market: Existing AGSVA Security Clearances (Baseline, NV1, or NV2) for federal government projects.
