As the Executive Office Coordinator, you aren’t just managing a diary; you are the "glue" that keeps the ED/CRO office running.
🌟 You will:
- Manage complex calendars, high-volume inboxes, and competing priorities.
- Support the Executive Officer with operational functions and unit-wide coordination.
- Facilitate seamless communication between internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate essential committee and Board reporting requirements.
🌟 What you bring to the table:
- Proven experience managing senior executive diaries and correspondence
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and Outlook
- You thrive in fast-paced environments and can "hit the ground running"
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to commit to the required in-office days (Mon/Tue/Wed)
Note: Prior Government experience is highly regarded but not essential. Candidates must have full Australian Working Rights.
