Are you a high-level administrative professional with a knack for navigating complex environments? We are seeking an experienced Executive Support Officer to provide critical assistance to the Executive Manager within a Finance Directorate.

Key Responsibilities
As the Executive Support Officer, your day-to-day will involve:
Managing the Directorate’s central mailbox and coordinating timely responses to Ministerial, Parliamentary, and Executive enquiries.
Preparing agendas, minutes, and supporting papers for executive meetings, and assisting with budget and staffing level monitoring.
Collating data for quarterly and annual reports and tracking the progress of audit recommendations.
Maintaining project files, conducting routine research on marketplace trends, and overseeing the Directorate’s SharePoint site and ICT requirements.
Building effective relationships with senior management and external stakeholders, handling sensitive issues with empathy and professionalism.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
Proven ability to negotiate and liaise with senior management and external clients.
A track record of prioritising complex workloads to meet tight deadlines.
The ability to handle confidential information with a high degree of sensitivity.
Proficiency in drafting high-level correspondence and responding to complex queries.
Skills in gathering, collating, and presenting information clearly.
Requirements
A current Western Australian 'C' or 'C-A' Class Driver’s Licence.
Ability to pass a National Criminal Record Check and a Client and Child Protection Check.
Ability to travel to and work across various office locations within the Perth Metropolitan Area as required.
