Are you a proactive, high-level EA who thrives in a fast-paced corporate environment? We are recruiting on behalf of a leading global insurance provider based in North Sydney seeking a sharp, professional Executive Assistant to support their Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).
This is a critical support role, requiring someone who can hit the ground running and manage a complex desk with poise and precision.
The Role
Contract Duration: 9th March – 5th June 2026
- Hourly Rate: $40 - $50ph + super
Location: North Sydney
Support: 1:1 support to the Chief Commercial Officer
- Hybrid: 2 days in the office after initial training period. There will be a 1 week handover.
Key Responsibilities
Complex Diary Management: Proactively managing a high-volume calendar across multiple time zones.
Gatekeeping: Acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the CCO’s time is prioritized effectively.
Meeting Coordination: Preparing agendas, attending high-level meetings to take minutes, and tracking action items.
Travel & Expenses: Coordinating end-to-end domestic and international travel and managing monthly expense reconciliations.
Documentation: Drafting correspondence, preparing PowerPoint presentations for board-level meetings, and compiling monthly reports.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will be a "career EA" who remains calm under pressure and possesses:
Proven Experience: At least 5+ years supporting C-Suite executives, preferably within Financial Services or Insurance.
Technical Savvy: Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office 365 suite (Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Discretion: The ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information with absolute integrity.
Agility: A "no task too small" attitude with the ability to pivot priorities at a moment's notice.
