As they enter a new phase of regional growth, they are looking for an operationally-minded Executive Assistant to support two key Directors and lead their modern Brisbane CBD headquarters.
The Role
This is a high-impact position designed for a professional who balances executive partnership with office leadership. You will act as the central point of coordination, ensuring excellence is maintained across both leadership support and the daily functionality of the Brisbane office.
Executive Support & Partnership:
... Strategic Interface: Act as a high-level liaison between Directors and stakeholders, managing relationships with diplomacy and poise.
Schedule Optimisation: Full ownership of intricate calendars, prioritising competing demands and anticipating logistical requirements.
Documentation: Orchestrate the preparation of meeting materials and executive presentations, ensuring accuracy and brand alignment.
Portfolio Management: Proactively tracking action items and project milestones to ensure business objectives are met.
Office Operations & Management:
Operational Excellence: Full accountability for the daily functionality of the Brisbane office, ensuring a seamless environment for staff and visiting clients.
Vendor Relations: Managing third-party contracts, facility maintenance, and supply chain relationships to ensure premium service delivery.
Culture & Events: Coordinating internal team events and managing the logistical on-boarding of new talent to ensure a professional entry into the business.
The Ideal Candidate
To excel here, you must be comfortable operating autonomously while remaining deeply integrated into the leadership team’s objectives.
Professional Experience: Significant experience supporting Directors or Partners within a fast-paced corporate environment (Professional Services or Technology preferred).
Cognitive Agility: The ability to pivot between high-level executive strategy and the granular details of office operations.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills, with the ability to distill complex information into concise executive summaries.
Integrity: A commitment to confidentiality and the ability to navigate organisational requirements with absolute discretion.
