Key Responsibilities may include:
- Act as a professional first point of contact, delivering empathetic and high-level service to clients, families, and community members across various platforms.
- Facilitate the smooth day-to-day operation of the office by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and providing proactive support to the wider team.
- Maintain precise records and reporting via MS Excel and industry-specific databases with a high degree of accuracy.
- Manage sensitive documentation and personal records with strict adherence to confidentiality, ethics, and privacy legislation.
Your Skills & Experience
- Previous experience within Not-for-Profit, Community Services or Education sectors is highly regarded, as is a genuine interest in mission-driven work.
- Exceptional verbal and written skills with the ability to build rapport and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Outstanding time management and the ability to prioritise tasks in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
- Confident user of the MS Office Suite with an aptitude for learning new database systems.
- A high level of emotional intelligence, attention to detail, and the resilience to handle complex or sensitive situations with composure.
