With the constant threat of degradation—such as "Vinegar Syndrome"—we are looking for the next generation of specialists to help us navigate the complexities of material handling, preservation, and digital migration.

Who Are We Looking For?
We aren't just looking for "staff"—we are looking for specialists who have an eye and ear for detail. You might be a fit if you are:
The Technical Preservationist: You understand the nuances of audio formats and how to handle delicate materials.
The Media Scholar: You’ve studied New Media, Retro Computing, or have completed a Media Management course.
The Creative Professional: Musicians and Audio Technicians often have the exact "ear" we need.
The Heritage Expert: Graduates or staff from the Grimwade Centre or those with CORE product training are highly encouraged to apply.
