• Take the lead on scheduling and email management for the Program Director and Project Manager.
• Coordinate logistics and provide "secretariat" support (taking minutes and tracking actions).
• Keep project folders, stakeholder lists, and communication logs organized and up to date.
• Create professional reports, presentations, and letters using Microsoft Office.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to make sure everything stays on track.

• Help identify potential project issues and work with the team to find solutions.
• Assist with research tasks and help draft project communications or media updates.
• Ensure all work follows company policies and standard procedures.

• Build and maintain great working relationships with people both inside and outside the organization.
• Act as a central point of contact to collect and share project information clearly and effectively.

Desirable experience:

• Prior government experience is highly desirable

• SAP experience is highly desirable

What You’ll Receive:

• $51.12 - $56.72+ per hour plus super
• Brisbane CBD location
• Initial 3 month contract
