Are you a skilled Environment Manager looking for your next challenge in South Brisbane? We are seeking a proactive professional to lead and optimise our client's heavily Microsoft-centric environments. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring environment stability, governance, and seamless deployment workflows, directly impacting the success of key enterprise delivery streams.
What You Will Do:Oversee and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of all non-production and production environments across Microsoft Azure and on-premises platforms.
Coordinate environment provisioning, configuration changes, and release deployments utilising Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
Monitor environment health, manage technical debt, and resolve environment-related incidents to minimise downtime for development and testing teams.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA testers, and infrastructure engineers, to align environment availability with project timelines.
Establish and enforce environment governance, configuration management, and security compliance in line with Microsoft best practices.
Proven experience working as an Environment Manager or Release Manager within a heavily Microsoft-centric enterprise environment.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipeline automation tools.
Demonstrated knowledge of configuration management, environment governance frameworks, and version control systems.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to coordinate complex deployments across multiple technical teams.
Relevant Microsoft certifications (such as Azure DevOps Engineer Expert or Azure Administrator) are highly regarded.
