Your new role
As a Customer Service Representative your key contribution will be to provide top notch customer service to new and existing customers. You will be a critical link between the company and its customers and make sure they are being appropriately looked after. Some of your responsibilities will include:

- Respond to and manage internal and external customer and stakeholder enquiries, complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, escalating to the bank as required by agreed escalation protocols
- Identify, document and propose opportunities to improve processes within their team or work area.
- Conduct investigations in relation to customer requests and transactions or exception-based issues, including gathering and analysing relevant records and preparing findings for review by the bank.
- Contribute to or complete reconciliations and related checks to support banks procedures.
- Perform general administrative duties as required to support day-to-day operations
- Practise prudent risk management by identifying, and responding to business risks, in accordance with agreed risk management processes and reporting lines.
Your skills and experience
- Ideally you will have at least 1 year’s customer service experience - open to industry
- You have the natural ability and desire to help others and are passionate about providing excellent service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills should be second nature to you
- You are known for your attention to detail, time management and resilience

- No weekend work - you will be on a rotating roster Mon - Fri between 7am - 9pm
