Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the overall data architecture for the program, including data domains, standards, and governance frameworks.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders, including business analysts, developers, and solution architects, to gather and understand data requirements.
• Design and document logical and physical data models for application components and shared services.
• Ensure data architecture aligns with enterprise standards, cloud best practices, and security and compliance requirements.
• Work closely with solution architects, developers, analysts, and integration specialists to ensure cohesive and consistent use of data structures and models across the program.

• Proven experience as a Data Architect on large-scale application development or transformation programs.
• Strong proficiency in data modelling (conceptual, logical, and physical).
• Deep expertise in cloud data platforms and services (e.g., Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Azure Data Factory, Synapse).
• Familiarity with data governance, master data management (MDM), metadata, and data lineage principles.
• Knowledge of data governance frameworks, metadata management, identity management, privacy considerations and data security practices.
