Enterprise Business Development Executive – Health & Insurance
We're seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to drive growth across the health and insurance sectors. You'll be a true hunter, building and leveraging networks, identifying client pain points, and translating customer needs into scalable programs. This is an individual contributor role focused entirely on business growth and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute targeted outreach strategies to health, government, and insurance sector stakeholders
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
- Listen actively to client challenges and translate insights into program opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to structure and deliver commercial solutions that address market needs
- Represent the organisation at industry events and conferences, building brand awareness and personal networks
- Drive continuous improvement in sales processes and relationship management
About You
- 5-8 years of sales experience in Health, Government, or Insurance (mental health focus preferred)
- Proven track record as a hunter with methodical prospecting and consistent outreach
- Demonstrated ability to build networks innovatively and grow personal brand awareness
- Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
- Experience structuring commercial programs and working with complex stakeholders
- Motivated by business growth and commission
- Relationships in insurance / brokers or experience working with PHNs/ Government Departments highly regarded
- Education: BA / BSc or equivalent
