The Role
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to join a professional team based just outside of Melbourne. This is a full-time, ongoing position teaching classes across Years 7 to 12.
You will be joining a school that values professionalism, diligence, and quality staff. The successful candidate will commence in Term 1, 2026, contributing to a community both as a teacher and as a role model to shape the lives of young people.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality English curriculum to students across Years 7 to 12.
Foster a safe, child-friendly environment where student wellbeing is paramount.
Engage in reflective practice and collaborate with a supportive staff community.
Participate in the school’s expansive curriculum and community spirit.
Key Selection Criteria:
To be successful in this role, you must have:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an English Teacher.
Appropriate teaching qualifications with the ability to become registered in Victoria.
Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration (or Australian interstate equivalent).
Current First Aid Certificate.
Valid Driver’s License.
