Key Focus Areas
Framework Leadership: Design and implement a contemporary suitability framework aligned with PSPF, APS integrity, and personnel security policies.
Expert Advisory: Apply vetting and assessment principles to complex cases, providing authoritative advice on risks and mitigations.
Screening & Monitoring: Strengthen pre-employment screening and develop risk-informed approaches to ongoing workforce monitoring.
Governance & Reform: Lead complex workstreams and policy refreshes to link position requirements with suitability expectations.
Stakeholder Partnership: Build collaborative relationships with Cyber, Fraud, Legal, and Risk teams to drive cultural uplift in integrity awareness.
Selection Criteria
Significant experience in vetting, personnel security, or integrity-based roles.
Demonstrated ability to apply PSPF requirements to recruitment and onboarding lifecycles.
Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex personal information and making defensible decisions.
Proven experience developing structured risk criteria or assessment methodologies.
Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
