The Role
Depending on your qualification level, you will:
- Certificate III Educators: Focus on direct engagement, facilitating physical, social, and emotional development through creative play and purposeful learning.
- Diploma Educators: Take on a "Senior Educator" mindset, assisting with curriculum design (EYLF), mentoring junior staff, and ensuring high-quality pedagogy across the room.
- Collaborate: Work alongside a professional team to create inclusive environments for children of all abilities.
- Connect: Build deep, lasting relationships with families and the local community.
What You’ll Need
- An ACECQA-approved Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- A current Working with Children Check (WWCC).
- National Child Safety Training
- Valid First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training.
