As Centre Director, you will have full operational responsibility for the service, leading a large team while ensuring compliance, quality outcomes, and strong occupancy performance.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading, mentoring, and developing a large team of educators and leaders
Managing centre operations including compliance, staffing, budgets, and occupancy
Driving quality outcomes in line with the NQS and EYLF
Building strong relationships with families, community partners, and internal stakeholders
Working closely with the Area Director and national support teams to achieve business and quality goals
Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent ACECQA-approved qualification)
Current ACT Working With Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration
Demonstrated experience as a Centre Director or Service Manager in long day care
Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and compliance requirements
Proven leadership capability with a focus on team culture, performance, and engagement
Confidence managing large services and complex operations
