As Centre Director, you will be accountable for the overall success of the service, including:
- Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team
- Ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework and ACT regulatory requirements
- Driving occupancy, financial performance, and sustainable growth
- Embedding high-quality pedagogy and inclusive practice across the service
- Building strong partnerships with families and the local community
- Managing staffing, rosters, budgets, and operational priorities
- Creating a positive, safe, and engaging environment for children and staff
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or higher (ACECQA approved)
- Current ACT Working With Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration (or ability to obtain)
- Proven experience as a Centre Director or Service Manager in early learning
- Strong knowledge of the NQF, National Law and Regulations
- Demonstrated leadership, people management, and commercial acumen
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Full-time availability (this role is not suitable for part-time arrangements)
