As the Centre Coordinator, you will lead a dedicated team in providing high-quality care and education to the children of the Tiwi Islands. This is a chance to truly make a difference in a remote community while enjoying a lifestyle most only dream of.

Competitive Salary: Range between $79,704 – $90,000 (Base) + Super.

What You Bring
Qualifications: Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
Compliance: Valid Food Safety Certificate and a current NT Ochre Card (or ability to obtain one).
Mindset: A passion for remote education, cultural respect, and the drive to lead a team.
Experience: While leadership experience is a plus, we are happy to mentor a "new to sector" Coordinator who has the right attitude and foundational skills.
