🔑 Your Leadership Will Drive Success
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Early Childhood Manager to oversee the daily operations of our service.The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, inspiring staff, and maintaining a high standard of quality care. This role requires ensuring the service meets the needs of all children and supports their families, as well as ensuring compliance with all children's services regulations and running the center to a consistently high standard.
Essential Criteria:
- Proven Leadership: Demonstrated leadership and management experience, ideally within an Early Childhood setting.
- Qualification: Diploma of Children's Services (or equivalent as approved by ACECQA). Or Above
- Compliance: Current knowledge and experience with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and relevant Victorian regulations.
Required Documentation & Training (Must Be Current):
- First Aid Certificate
- CPR Certification
- Asthma Management Training
- Anaphylaxis Management Training
- Mandatory Reporting Training
- Two references that can attest to you working with children
