Salary Package: $113,000 – $127,000 + Superannuation + Excellent Entitlements

Who We Are Looking For (Mandatory Criteria)
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
A minimum qualification of a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or higher (e.g., Bachelor of Early Childhood Education).
Current approved First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management training.
Up-to-date Mandatory Reporting certification.
A strong understanding of compliance, the NQF, and National Quality Standards.
The ability to provide two professional reference checks from previous industry supervisors or managers.
A true passion for leading a team and building a positive learning culture from day one.
