Key Responsibilities
... Design and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate programs based on the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
Foster children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth in a safe and nurturing setting.
Observe and document children's learning and development to inform programming and communicate with families.
Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with families to support children's learning journeys.
Work effectively with colleagues to maintain a positive and professional work environment.
What you will bring:
Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or an equivalent qualification).
Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Framework (NQF).
Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates.
A valid Working with Children Check.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A positive attitude and a passion for working with children.
