Location: offices in Sydney and Melbourne

Are you ready to elevate your career? I am looking for a talented Development Manager within renewable energy to lead the development from beginning to close on renewable energy projects across AUS. With some assets already operational, this developer is leading the front with renewable energy projects in all States.

As a Development Manager, Key Responsibilities are:

Managing the full development lifecycle for renewable energy assets including landowner negotiations, approvals, procurement, PPA, etc.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and investment teams for asset growth and project evaluations
Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, epcs, OEMs, Advisors, and anyone else on the project
Management of contracts, negotiations, and grid connections with the local NSPs
Prepare and managed CAPEX and OPEX budgets, project timelines, schedules, and more project tracking metrics

Experience Needed for a Development Manager:

Full Working Rights
Experienced with full project lifecycle with renewable energy assets within Australia and a Strong understanding of the energy market across the country
Strong Stakeholder Engagement and Management Experience
Strong project management and budget/project tracking skills
Strong understanding of HSEQ
Commercially minded and able to asses energy investments, PPAs, and handle contract negotiations

What We're Looking For:

Qualifications: Bachelor of Engineering or Similar
Skills: Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication abilities.
Experience: Proficiency in tools/software for project tracking and energy asset knowledge and investment
Attributes: Accountability, initiative, and a results-driven mindset.
Essential: Driver's licence and willingness to travel interstate as required.
