- Coordinate Logistics: Communicate clearly and proactively with Supply and Shipping teams to ensure orders arrive on time and in full.
- Mitigate Risk: Identify short-term demand fluctuations and flag issues early to enable agile responses.
- Continuous Improvement: Enhance forecast accuracy by collaborating with Sales to analyze account-level variances and implement improvement strategies.
- System Integrity: Maintain system accuracy by ensuring weekly demand plans are uploaded to SAP IBP and that inventory replenishment is timely and correct.
- Inventory Optimization: Minimize excess stock and conduct regular reviews of lead times and safety stock levels.
- Lead Depletion: Drive efforts to manage surplus inventory in partnership with cross-functional teams.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Support product transitions by coordinating last-time buys and phase-in forecasts with Sales and Marketing.
- Master Data Governance: Ensure clean master data by maintaining accurate product information and facilitating timely creation of local product entries.
- Visibility & Reporting: Prepare weekly reports, including stock and supply updates for internal stakeholders.
- Team Collaboration: Contribute as a team player, supporting Supply Chain colleagues when needed and working closely with leadership on broader planning initiatives.
The Skills and Knowledge You’ll Bring:
- A relevent Bachelor Degree
- 5–8 years of business experience in Demand Planning and Supply Chain Management operations (essential).
