We are seeking a high-caliber Delivery Manager to lead a transformative program within a complex ICT Service Centre environment. What You Will Do:Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of a complex, cross-functional program to uplift ICT Service Centre operations.
Develop and maintain an integrated delivery plan covering all approved phases, workstreams, and technical milestones.
Establish and manage clear governance arrangements, including delivery cadences, reporting structures, and decision forums.
Manage program scope, schedules, risks, and issues while ensuring sequenced delivery aligns with behavioural change and adoption.
Facilitate the effective transition of newly delivered capabilities into business-as-usual operations with reliable progress reporting.
Demonstrated experience delivering large, complex ICT or service transformation initiatives within complex organisations.
Proven ability to plan and coordinate work across technical, operational, and business teams in dependency-heavy environments.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to manage relationships and communicate effectively at the senior executive level.
Experience working within ICT service management or service operations environments to translate strategic intent into practical actions.
High level of professional judgement and accountability in managing delivery trade-offs, risks, and executive-ready reporting.
