Are you an experienced Delivery Lead or Scrum Master looking for a long-term opportunity to drive a significant transformation program? We are seeking a high-performing professional to lead a team of 10 through a complex, multi-year Salesforce implementation. What You Will Do:- Lead and manage a delivery team of 10, facilitating agile ceremonies and ensuring the smooth progression of project milestones.
- Drive the delivery of complex project streams, specifically focusing on a high-stakes Salesforce program with a critical go-live date.
- Coordinate and manage relationships between internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure collaborative and successful delivery.
- Work closely with the vendor-side Project Manager to align delivery schedules, manage dependencies, and mitigate project risks.
- Maintain high performance and morale within the team while working under pressure to meet strict program timelines and quality standards.
- Proven experience as a Delivery Lead or Scrum Master, specifically within complex, large-scale project environments.
- Significant experience with Salesforce implementations or managing delivery within a Salesforce ecosystem is essential.
- Strong vendor management skills, with a track record of successfully navigating both internal and external vendor dynamics.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver outcomes under pressure and meet tight project deadlines, such as major system go-lives.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive team productivity in a flexible work setting.
